Envision is a modern, contemporary take on what a typical protein supplement company encapsulates. It was important for the logo for this new supplement business to be bold, striking and revolutionary for the industry. Not only does Envision produce whey protein, it also carries pre-workout, night protein, vegan protein and electrolytes in its product line-up. So, it caters for all sorts of athletes and exercise enthusiasts.
While the brand carries this new, revolutionary mantra, it also wants perception that it is a more premium, quality product. The logo design for the brand with a sense of strength and pride allows a solid foundation for the branding to support just that.
Following the logo design, the branding was supported by the characteristics of the logo. The product containers are a large part of the branding consideration process. For supplement and nutrition brands, this often revolves around having a tub, with a label applied.
For the label design, I took the bold horizontal logo characteristics and implemented them into label aesthetic. A play on colours seperates Whey Protein from Electrolytes and Night Protein from Vegan Protein. The colours selected and critical, demonstrating the product use and effect and seperating each product into a category.
The labels feature supplement guidelines, manufacturing process, weight and ingredients.
I modelled and rendered the 3d supplement containers to allow the client to demonstrate their products for social media and marketing. These mockups are intentionally designed to feel a bit more futuristic and less body-builder in aesthetic. With bright colours, reflections and a mockup allowing to co-incide with the brands direction, these were all key features when creating the protein supplement mockups. Designing the bottles in 3d allow for the fitness brand to demonstrate their products in all different angles and environments as required.
