A harsh, jagged landscape based abstract dsign with a space theme
Largely experimental, this series of two designs titled ‘Depths’ and ‘Heights’ explore desolate landscape forms and hard, jagged abstract forms. I wanted the flow of both pieces to be critical to their design, where the exterior frame helps to confine the focus of the viewer. The overall mood had the intention of having a space feeling, with a certain degree of emptiness and isolation.
I chose colours which I felt played on the emotion of both designs to help aid with the sinking or rising feeling.
