Women’s Fitness Brand Logo Design

Designing a logo for the Elwood women’s fitness company, Femme Fit, was an enjoyable one. Femme Fit is a personal training, small group class company who specialise in training women from the Bayside area in Melbourne. Not only do they run fitness classes, they also donate proceeds to women in need – a fantastic cause. So, not only is the logo sporty and fitness orientated, but it also encapsulates the scope of work for the future.

Setting the tone for women’s fitness

Equally as important as the logo for Femme Fit, the illustrations are used to create a certain tone and direction for the company. Inclusive, feminine-orientated fitness illustrations that demonstrate common fitness workouts such as a plank, sit-ups, weights and star jumps. The colour palette and tone for the company was to use softer, pastel colours to help direct the company towards their target audience.

Melbourne’s female outdoor group fitness has a new brand

A new brand and starting from scratch can be difficult for the client, where they have a lot to focus on. With group fitness being popular in Melbourne, it was important to create a niche for Femme Fit and stand out for women’s only fitness group classes. New, exiciting and energetic were at the forefront of my mind when branding Femme Fit, and having a target audience in mind that needed to be hit, was super important.
